And for the oil pan, is it necessary to put one from a 110" engine or is the one of the 2009 96" engine is the same?

The two engines you mention (2009/up 110" - 2009/up 96") use the same pan.

I do not know for sure about the non CVOs in 2008,2007 and possibly 2009 not having a cat in the mufflers. I have been told that they don't, but I do not know that for a fact.

I thank everyone for there help, yes the 09s had cats in the CVOs but they were still in the mufflers not in the collectors just like the 08s and 07s. Now all I need to do is find a 2009 header and I'm good to go. Thanks again.

WRONG!
As many others have already stated.  A 2009 CVO header pipe most definitely came with a cat.

Just get a 2009 non-CVO 49-state touring headpipe assembly.  They most definitely did not contain a catalytic converter and they had the large O2 sensor bungs up near the heads.  The non-CVO headpipes for 2010 and later have the cat and have the smaller sensor bungs down near the "collector".  If your ECM programming is for the larger O2 sensors you'll be good to go.  If the programming is for the smaller O2 sensors and you merely remove the catalyst from the headpipe, good luck with the signals from the O2 sensors being pertinent all the time.

This is what I put on my '07 CVO Ultra.  I used the stock mufflers with Fullsac 1.75" baffles.  Runs great and most importantly the heat on me and especially my bsr is no longer an issue.  I have had no problems with clutch overheating.  IMO this is really a quality exhaust - looks and performs great.  :2vrolijk_21:
