Man what a mess,  This is my 3rd bar I ordered!  I think 89speedy had it right. The wrong part number was ordered.  get the one that is made for the deluxe FLSTN.  this guard has a center tab that allows you to raise or lower the guard in order to line up with the side holes.  I really like the look of the linbar.  the quality appears to be outstanding.

The same thing happened to me. Ordered the Lindby bar from J & P. I selected the one on their website made for a 2011 Softail convert. Guess what.....1/2 inch off at the lower mounts. I was able to force it to fit, but I knew it was not right, so I contacted the seller tech line...turns out their website was wrong.
They are sending me the right part as soon as I return the old one. For those of you looking for the same bar, the right part number is 110-1, made for softails with floorboards. The other part # is for forward controls.
Hope this helps...too cold and snowy to ride anyway. Can't wait for spring!!!!!!

I went with the Kuryakan bars. Fold out pegs when you need them and the profile fits the bike.

Part # Pleeeezzz ?  :-\

Thx, WD
