Cross under header pipe for 2008 SERK 110?

Read many posts regarding this, answers seem all over.  can an aftermarket head pipe be added by changing the oil pan?  Any problems with fitment, clutch overheating or clearance?  Suggestions?  Thank you.

My local HD Shop has installed on numerous 08 and older bikes.
1. Need the 09 Oil pan
2. The drill tap tranny case to hang support bracket.
