Yeah, the Harley mounts are FUGLY!! Here is the best shot from the rear I have, you will notice you really don't see any mounts... that's the point!!

Here's a big one of the back rest.
When the weather's nice again, I'll try to get some good pix with it removed.

What the heck. I backed it out and snapped a few. It's suppose to start snowing again, so I decided to do it now.

Winndl,

That is one good looking ride you got there!!

FYI,
I put felt on the inside of the TP rack, it covers the fork area that mounts to the shocks, and then trimmed it to the curve of the fender mounts so you don't really see it when the TP is installed. I got a couple very little scratches on the painted fender mount cover from installing and removing the TP. I also put felt on the TP quick release, I noticed that it was really easy to hit my saddlebad lids on the QR of the TP when opening and closing them.

I know this isn't the place to ask this, but is it possible to set up a personal gallery that I can load the pictures I have of my bike?
Other forums do, but I haven't been able of figure out how to, on this one, or if its even possible.

don't believe so, most use photobucket or something like that.

Thanks Fast,
Yours is awfully pretty as well.
Also thanks for the tip on the felt. I was thinking a wrap of silicone tape on the spools & shock mount might be nice also.

I modded their king pak rack by cutting the end on the forward hole. I welded the mount point on to bracket that stays on bike. To put mine on I loosen the screws on the front and remove the screws from the rear. Then slide the front of the bracket in and the rear of the bracket just flexes over the mount point and snaps in place. Then I tighten front screws and put rear screw/washers back in place. I'm confident that its not goin anywhere when its on and loaded and it does not take much longer with a T-handle hex key tightening screws up as all mounts are in place to go.
