Is this the spring set I need to buy???
« on: February 27, 2012, 10:05:07 PM »

Valve Spring Specifications

Part #   26095
O.D.   1.185”/1.589”
I.D.   .731”/1.135"
179 # @ 1.900”(.690” LIFT)
194 # @ 1.850” (.640” LIFT)
381 # @ 1.210”

Coil Bind 1.150"
Spring Rate 293#

It is the comp cams Beehive spring 9706-kit with titanium keepers (for 5/16ths valves I think) and I want to use them on a set of SE MVA heads instead of the stock double wound set. If so what would you suggest for guide seals (mfg and part # please) and what installed height for use with a T-Man 625 cam.

Thanks for any and all info.

You can get the springs from Goodson HVS-6500S steel retainer beehives, use HD latest revision seals.

Can you give Captdave221 the part number of the seals too?

You wouldn't use a set with titanium keepers?? Plain steel are ok? Are these the same or what compared to the set from comp cams?

Thanks.
