I have my Dads '11 SERG here in GA over the winter (for storage). I took it out and had no power to the radio. Checked the fuses at the harley dealerships morning and didn't find anything wrong. I have an appointment on Monday for a diagnostic, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue? And if so what was the outcome. Thanks in advance.

No experience with dead radio but I lost speakers on my ruse.  Turned out that the connector came unplugged.  Must not have been plugged in correctly.  Could be your problem.  Hope so, then simple to fix.  Or of course it could be the radio itself.

Just dropped it off at the dealership for a Monday appt. sucks because the weather is great today.

Update, bad radio they say. Replacing on monday. I asked what could of caused it and got the I dunno?  Hopefully it won't happen again. Pick it up time to ride some this weekend and get my nostrils full of pollen... It's nasty this time of year here.
