You guys are bad. You know I have a real problem w/chrome (even stealth chrome), and you go and find something like this. I'm going to have to see how much of this can be seen with breather cover on. I don't mind stealth chrome if you have to bend over to see it, or as SEULTRA put it "lay in the gutter" to see it. However if it's totally obscured it will not make it high on the priority list. Thanks so much for thinking of me and feeding my obsession. ;D

Subliminal Hell...this is a need to have piece of chrome for the OCD crowd!

Ok, I see what you mean now, clicked on the link to the MoCo and looked at the second view. This would be nice behind the SE Chrome Backplate. ;D

It has been added to the list. :D

Not only will he see it; he'll see it from the saddle.  D00d will have one of these yesterday.

(wanna bet the part makes you buy gaskets separately?)

Hehehehe, I did go to a H-D dealer today, but I'm not saying a word. [smiley=lipsrsealed2.gif]

Seriously though I went there w/the intent to take some pictures of the '07 CVO's. They didn't have any there yet, and only had 2 '07 Ultra's and 1 Road King out.

I spoke w/the owner at length about his take on the dealer show and the '07's. He mentioned that everyone would be surprised by the sound of the CVO's w/stock mufflers. Stated that the sound wasn't as bad as one would think w/the new mufflers. We talked about the restrictions the EPA is putting on doing modifications to exhaust (25K if dealer gets caught doing it, 5K if owner gets caught). Who knows who is going to enforce it, but the law and fines are on the books.

We then started talking about the colors on the SEUC2, and he stated the B/O and R/B were nice, but the B/B looked like chit. I told him how I thought the custom paint tins that the MoCo was selling looked a lot better then what the CVO's had, and he agreed those paints were awesome. He had an '07 P&A book and we started looking at some of them, and I pointed out the ones that I had already seen (thanks to CVOHarley.com), the Street Glide, and the Fatboy. He agreed that those both were really nice looking in person.

We then got to talking about the CVO lineup and he tried to tell me that there was a Screamin' Eagle V-Rod (CVO) this year also. I had to politely disagree with him and told him yes it does have an eagle on it, and yes it is a limited edition bike, but CVO it is not. Thanks to the information we are privilege to here once again we are more informed and know the products better then the dealers.

Must make a difference when you love a product and not making any money off it (and spending a lot on it) vs. loving it to make a profit off it. [smiley=nixweiss.gif] I do believe most dealers really love the product, but because they have to worry about financial stuff they can't love it like we do as end users.
