Naitram, since this VRod is marketedy by Harley as simply taking advantage of the Screamin Eagle signage without saying it's a CVO bike did you use your Supreme Deity (Benevolent) status to grant it CVO status for site purposes?  It sure looks the part.

Kansas City had been in the mix for two years.  Now suddenly without a VRod or Sportster in the CVO stable they were left out.  Being allowed to or choosing to (depending on how much autonomy they have) build this bike might be HD's way of throwing Kansas City a bone and allowing them to keep producing their own non-CVO but still CVO caliber bike.

That's something to be said for the squeaky wheel
