Passenger Smaller Rubber Shock Floorboards

Does anyone make a Smaller Passenger Floorboard that has the rubberized footing like Harley's Full sized Floorboards?  I have a 2000 FXR4 CVO that is slowly becoming my version of a Dresser.
I got Fiberglass saddlebags on quick release, windshield on quick release, Rider floorboards, Getting wider seats.

Are the Harley 50378-07 rear floorboards rubber mounted pads like the driver floorboards? I looked at the HD site under that part number
it did not say. I can not tell by lloking at thee pics.
