On my 2012 SESG the left turn signal just comes on at will. It has almost 1000 miles on it. This just started out of the blue the other day. To turn it off I must press the button twice. It could come on again in 10, 30, or 60 seconds later.  No rhyme or reason. Also when I go to turn it on it may not work at all. It's a dangerous thing to boot. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I'm getting it to the dealer in a couple days but just looking for some idea why.

Nothing like a quality over priced product. Add that to the list of issues.

Happened to me a few years back when I was travelling on my '05. Dealer in N. Wilkesboro, NC checked out the handlebar switches which were okay. Dealer in Wytheville, VA checked the module and decided it was the problem, but they didn't have one. They called ahead to Cole's HD in Princeton, WV where I got the module replaced. About 10 miles down the road one of the signals started flashing again. When I got home, I removed the outer fairing and found a bare wire touching a support bracket. Problem solved.

    Check for pinched wires at the clutch lever bracket clamp. have seen a lot of problems there.
