Broken antenna stud
« on: December 25, 2013, 04:39:38 PM »

Something fell in the garage and snapped off one of the tour pak antennas on my 2009 CUSE4.   Can anyone tell me how to get the old stud out to replace it?  there doesn't seem to be a way to get the  old one out without disassembling the entire light assembly of the tour pak.  Or a parts diagram that shows the detail of this area would be great.  Everything I have found online is for older models and they are different than the 2009+ models.

I'm no expert on this, but I believe you can access the set screw that secures the antenna adapter (stud) by pulling the inner T-P liner out of the way to expose the antenna cable attachment.  Remove the antenna cable and use an allen wrench to loosen the set screw.  See the attached drawing.
