Doesn't this just increase the confidence level in HD quality and safety? I'd be checking every nut and bolt on your bike to make sure something really important like a wheel don't don't decide to take a different direction while your riding down some busy highway.

By the way, did you mean 1600 miles or 1600 kilometers?

after coming from a morning ride yesterday, I found the right signal light pointing down. Not that it has fallen off, but come one buying a 30K bike, at least use some loctite  >:(

I was told a long time ago by a biker that ever so often you just need to go around a Harley and check all the nuts and bolts! We love the shake rattle and roll so I guess it just goes with the territory!!  8) Worth the trouble I say!!!
