Well I just send off a big fat check to Tailup for the Croc bags and seat he posted on page 5 of the Best CVO Picture of 2006 thread. Man I can't remember the last time I got this excited over a bike part (s) And Elvis has been on my case since I enlarged the pics of the bags and seat and held it up beside him to check it out. Not sure how I'm gonna get em installed with this gimp leg, but if it involves groveling for help from my bros I'm sure I'll do it. I will post some pics when I get em on ole ELvis.
S'anyway,  seems the few folks I've mentioned it to all have the same thing to say. " how are you gonna keep em from gettin ripped off ? "  If, and that's a big if, I go out on a road trip with these on it, I plan on taking them off and bringing them in the motel room with me every night. It's only one knob on the seat and two pins on each bag. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night   - - - - - - - - -- UNLESS, someone on the great site knows of a bag locking system that really works. Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Spiderman, I'm so excited to hear that you made the big purchase.  [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] Every since I saw those bags/seat, I knew they were designed esp. for Elvis.. 8-)....man, I can't wait to see the pics.  Surely Beags will install for you since you're gimping around.  As far as security, go ahead and install the HD alarm system on the bike and just protect the whole scooter and not just the 'gator'.  The alarm worked for me on the SEEG in Georgia that night at the motel.....so now I can sleep  [smiley=zzz.gif](as long as the scooter's right outside my window) with more peace of mind (just can't go to bed in a alcohol-induced comatose condition  [smiley=dozey.gif]or it won't work) har!  [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] spyder

There are risks and costs to a program of action.  But they are far less than the long range risks and costs of comfortable inaction.
