Thanks for the tip on the Baker kit.
The rebuild will have the upgraded cam plate.

On two wheels again.  I was able to pick the bike up on Sunday of Memorial day week end. Due to weather I have only been able to put a little over 300 miles on but I am very pleased.

The bike runs excellent and valve train is quiet. The original cam change they did must have had other issues because now with all new parts again the lifters are quiet and the oil pressure at cold idle is 42, hot idle 18-20 and down the road 42 +-.  I never had that with the first cam plate they put in. I think the bike is as strong as it was with the 575's, but that could be because of the other issues.

I will say I was treated really well after meeting with the GM and they were very accommodating. I was pleased they could get me on the road again so quickly. I went through everything with the tech and I was satisfied with his ability to do the job right.

The bottom line is I am very happy with the bike, they treated me fairly and they stood by their work.

Thanks to the board for all your comments and advise.

Happy to hear your mobile again!!! :bananarock:  I know from personal experience that your dealer has gone way beyond anything our local "stealer" would do, even if it was their fault.
In my second year of riding a Harley, I had the dealer install a set of cams. Before the deed, they quoted me 4 hrs to do the job, I thought that was high, but agreed. They billed me for 7 3/4 hrs!!
That was the last time they ever touched my bike! I purchased the service manual, and have done all work since.
At least if there is a problem, I know who to blame -hehe.
I wish you all the best with the bike and hope she runs forever!!!   ;D  twinotter
