Chrome looks great on a trailer queen.  However, for practical use, you want to get them polished.  Any polishing shop should be able to do them.

I've had a couple rotors polished in the past at a local shop for $70 a piece!  :2vrolijk_21:

Polishing works great on a fixed rotor, you can maintain them pretty easy with Mothers Billet Polish. But the floating rotors with chrome center section and polished rotor section is the trick. I had them on my SEEG (Renegade brand) and they offer almost maintenance free shine. Currently I have the polished ones on my SERG, the ones HD sells and so far after about a year they have required no maintenance. I do heavily spray the floater buttons and the holes in the rotors to keep any accumulation of brake dust down to a absolute min with A-Z wheel/tire cleaner (and not the Green verison) everytime I wash the bike and only wash with microfiber/wool sponge, never a brush.
