Has anyone else noticed that at the dealerships when the sales people/staff talk about the motorcycles they call them "Product"?
Makes it sound like they are selling kitchen knives or vacuum cleaners or something other than "Harley Davidson Motorcycles".
"Hi, I just stopped in to look at the new "product".

The MC is on a push to make all the stores cookie cutter stores.  Like calling customers, guest instead of customers or friends. The car manufactures are on the same push also.  They forget that it is the individual personalities is what makes the store.  Not to make them all alike

I just came from the HD show in Sturgis...last years bikes and a big wooden box that said 2013 coming soon! They dont even have the 2013 accessorie catalogs.
Harley is missing out this year, its a busy year at Sturgis and there are 500,000 of us that want to see the 2013s espically the cvos! I for one look foreward to seeing them its great to compare all the colors and the bikes. Not this year! Im not going to Millwakie or Ark. to see them on the 20th.. The CVO has 7 models this
year including anniversary models..wtf harley youve missed out
