Thank you Unballanced. Love those numbers but I might have to just dream about them. With gas and temperature around here this summer it been hard to keep timing in anything above 185 CCP without lots of help in the tank. Sure be nice to see how it works on a 110 down around the 185 mark

Well if your pistons are .008 in the hole you might be really close to that 185 number.   Without popping a head and measuring i think you are around 188 basing that off being approx .005 in the whole as an avg.   Unfortunately its just road side guessing without a little bit of checking.   I live in florida and have been fine with gas / pinging at 194, not to cast dispersion, but maybe its the tuner?

Not saying tune is the best or the worse but 91 gasohol is pretty much the norm here if your just out riding. That works ok when we are lucky enough to get a 80 degree morning, but buy the time we reach noon at 108 its hard to find a combo that works.....come to think about it the bikes not the only thing that's really not liking the heat. If I could stay 185 CCP or less I would try it just to get the motor working in a usable RPM range

Ambient air temps of 108F are not fit for man, or beast.
I'd hide, inside.

That was a cam swap only..  we have E 10 out here 91 with 10% of something or another.. Not great gas that is for sure.. But even with the stock 255 cam it can be tuned to run and not ping.. Now could there be a loss in power due to the timing table compared to a 93 octane tune.. that may be the case.

Just throwing this out there for OP to review. Here's a nice little combo that works well for me...this is not a CVO but a 110 kit. I had the 110 with Woods 7H cams prior to these current upgrades.

HD High comp. psitons
HPI 55/58 TB with 1.710 runners 5.3 inj.
Crane 296-2 cams
Mega Flow Ported Heads compression set @10.75
Stock 09 Head pipe no cat w/Rineharts slip ons  (changing this winter to ????)

Put a cam in it, a decent pipe, air filter and tune it
Run the warranty out then if you want more go for it.
Consider the 120r as this is boxed reliable power.

I want to send a public thank you to Steve at GMR Performance. I was looking to do "something" to my SERGC and reached out to him and he went way above and beyond for a guy that he has never met! He spent well over an hour on the phone with me which for him was like teaching calculus in the short bus I'm sure... He educated the h@ll out of me and gave me a direction which I had none when we first talked. He was completely up front on all costs out the door so there would be "no surprises" which was very much appreciated as I really had no idea what it would be and a less "straight" guy could have dragged me in and then killed me with the "upsells".
Fantastic customer service in a industry that is not always "geared that way".
Thank you Steve and which ever way I go, it will definitely be with you!
