2012 Ultra Limited O2 Sensors

I just added new exhaust pipes, and mufflers. I had the O2 sensors in the wrong pipes, and ran the bike for a few minutes, will this damage the sensors or the engine? Thanks  :oops:

Funny deal a bike came in for a tune.. Dealer had swapped the sensor on the pipe side.. I was getting a base line in with V tune.. or I should trying to get a base line in... No way.. system knows that something is not right..  Sensors where swapping on and off line very rapidly.  Set 02 codes as well.. That guy rode the bike from Vegas that way.. no damage that we found.
