Have an opportunity to get a 2012 CVO Ultra in Wicked Sapphire/Stardust Silver aka Blue/Silver.  MSRP 37,249 can get for $35,000 plus tax, title, etc.  Is that fair ??

Depends upon the PDI charges within the "etc."  If they're not jacking you up on other fees than more than $2k under MSRP is a good deal from a Harley shop for any touring model.

2k under is not bad but in a few days, when the 13s come out, they may go even lower.  Maybe ask for the parts:   free download, muffler, etc...  Anything that does not cost them money.

Could look at it this way, next week when the 13's come out that 12 will be worth 5k less. There is a lot of dealers with these on their showroom floor and the deals will be better.

I agree my local dealer has 4 of these bikes and they are working hard to sell them, I think the deal you got is good, with no setup and other stupid charges.

Have to watch out for the fees. Assembly and so on.
