Need a little help . . .
« on: August 22, 2012, 11:15:03 PM »

 :soapbox:

I read with continuing dismay at the reports in this forum about the extreme lack of service we CVO Owners are receiving from a large number of dealer Service Departments. I thought I might get lucky as there are three dealers in the Portland, OR area. However, this might not be a good year for me to be purchasing lottery tickets.

Does anyone know of a HD Service Dept in the Pacific NW that is worth even half a chit?? I am willing to pay for good Service, just having trouble finding it.

Without going into detail that has been talked about ad nauseum, I am simply tired of being told that a noisy, extremely hot motor, 0 oil pressure at idle (at least on the gauge) and a list of other complaints is NORMAL.

P.S. - I realize this post might not be in the right place.

While it's a bit of a drive for you, Destination HD in Tacoma has been providing me outstanding service for my CVO - and no hassle warranty corrections/replacements.

A fair hike for you, but I had great service from Sound HD in Marysville.

I appreciate your responses . . . I think I will start with the closest recommendation and see how it goes.

Is there anyone in particular I should start with at Destination HD in Tacoma??

Thanks again,
