Amen.  You're going to have to put some zeros with that.  But here goes for starters for the first $100.  Service manual $58; electrical supplement $40.  This was prices for my 2006 manuals.  2007 may be higher.  Then after that you'll need the FLHTCUSE supplement $30.

These manuals are always one of my first purchases.  Wouldn't have a bike without them.

It's not...no visible vent line on the '07's.

The manuals are a great idea.  It is something I always end up buying anyway.  I tend to do all my own upgrades, repairs and maintenance that I have the tools and knowledge to do.  I feel I treat my stuff with more care and attention to detail than someone else might.  It seems like its the luck of the draw and you are at the mercy of the skill of the particular mechanic assigned to your bike when you are at a dealership.  Some are great - some are not so great.  Most dealers seem to have one or two real good mechanics and a bunch of average or below mechanics.
