I love my CVO Breakout but I think the bike would look better lowered in the rear.  I couldn't find anything on the Breakout board about what BO owners are doing to lower or get an adjustable suspension. 
jlsnyderCVO mentioned he lowered 2" but didn't specify how.
I have emailed Shotgun Shock who says their kit will fit.  Awaiting on Legend to return my email. 
I know either include drilling frame holes, which puts me on the fence.  So progressive shocks are in the picture also.  How do I lower the bike but be adjustable when I am going 2 up or just want more clearance?

I've talked to JD at Shotgun Shock and I think that's the route I may go simply because you can adjust to rebound.  This basically means that you can get stock ride quality at any height.  Legend and other air ride systems are basically air bags.

Have you read the thread about some BO owners scraping their primary case on the ground?

exactly my reasoning to be able to return it to stock height when I am feeling sporty...
