Saddle issues
« on: September 03, 2012, 10:29:48 AM »

:-\My 2011.5 ultra saddle had the typical problem with the seam coming apart which the MOCO gladly rep, aced.  The issue with this seat is the heat is inadequate.  Spoke to the dealer yesterday.  They said I had to drop the bike off at the dealer and they would send the seat to some "third party vendor" for replacement.  Seems weird.  Is there some one I can talk to at the MOCO So I can simply do a trade out, much like an iPhone, etc?
Any assistance would be appreciated...anyone going to street vibrations?

;D :D i contacted the customer service number that you gave me and was taken care of immediately.  they stated that the dealership was somewhat confused about the protocol for this replacement saddle.  I called the dealer and was told that a "new replacement" seat has been ordered and that they would call me when it arrived.  problem solved...thank you again for your assistance... :pepper:
