hi everyone ,i have a 3012 cvo ultra,as I was locking the ignition with my/alarm - fab,the bars and ignition unit didnt lock ,I rechecked the handlebars position and the ingnition switch itself and eveything appeared to be in the right postion ,but it didnt lock(bags did lock so the fab unit was working) .So I took the key itself and attempted to manual lock it but as I turn the key and the ingition unit to lock ,the complete lock itself almost came off the stem and spun  around ...WTF did  I do ? ...finally after messing with the chrome housing and  the key and unit got in place and the fab work !! alright now wht???

thx I think this wht I did, but I a dumb fireman ,thx for all your help ....you can take my man card away now !!!!!
