There's a used Pitbull on Craigslist in southeast Kansas for $250.  It's about 40 minutes from me.

It'd cost about 100 bucks to ship freight with FedEx.  Might be more now, it's been at least five years since I shipped one.

$250 is a good deal! Provided it fits under your lowered bike.

Pit Bull here too...  It's a bear to store due to it's width and weight.  But it is incredibly stable and raises waayyy up in the air.

I have the turn table also, but never installed it on the Jack.

I haven't washed the bike on it though... didnt want to rust it.  And these Jacks arent cheap, so trying to take good care of it.

Jack?

I know him, although I have been told that I don't.  I really do.  Had lunch with him today in fact.

I've been using the J&S jack for several years.  Very well made.

I have had a J & S for four years.  The cycle sits on it during winter storage and I put it on the lift every time I return from a ride.  The cycle being up in the air makes it easier to clean after the ride and to check tire air pressure before the next ride.  After two years the bottle jack started leaking oil which caused me some concern as I thought the fluid was coming from the cycle.  When I couldn't jack up the lift, I realized the problem.  J & S sent me a new bottle jack at no charge.  Apparently there was a problem with some of jacks.  It was a bit of a problem replacing it as the cycle was on the lift at the time and I had to use a couple other jacks to raise the cycle enough to release the safety bars and lower the cycle.  It was easy to replace the bottle jack once the jack was out from under the cycle.  The lift is solid and works as advertised.

I have the J & S, wish I had the Pitbull for the height and turn table.  In over 5 years of heavy use, it is one bullet proof son-of-a-jack, at least mine has been!

if you call j&s, they can tell you what hd dealers they supply their jacks to, might be able to pick one up and save on shipping.  i bought mine from a dealer in wi and with my military discount it came to $230.

Just got a J&S Jack Saturday...ordered it Thursday night and by lunch on Saturday, FEDEX was knocking on the door. That is some seriously fast shipping.

I got the current sale price they have (went with the free "T" handle) plus they gave me an additional 5% military discount on top of the sale! Super nice folks!

Anyway, the jack is incredible! Very well made and rolls so smooth with 900lbs on top. Pretty impressive. Assembly was almost quicker than the unpack.
