I just traded my 05 Ultra for a 07 CVO Ultra and would like to paint some parts. Color is light candy cherry and black ice. Any idea how to get paint codes? It seems impossible. Thank you!

It is impossible. Good painters can match, but getting the actual codes? Nope.

Check with your local PPG distributor to the vehicle painting industry (not necessarily a place that just sells PPG paint to homeowners). In some cases the PPG dealers can access the codes for older CVO's.

I've always had perfect success getting paint work done at one of my local PPG paint shops...
