yep. Fender comes as one Assembly, Purchased from Kutter HD online,Bags are Vtwin Manufacturing from Eastern Performance , and the removeable kit was Harley from Kutter as well. the seat and Backrest came off a buddies 2012 Cvo street Glide he was not using. But you can use any seat.
I did this mod for more than just looks, I truly wanted the convertability. Long winter rides with TourPAk, HEated Seat, so My wife would be comfortable, Then Summer Days and nights for short cruises around South Beach and The Keys. The Fender and bags in My opinion should be on all CVO Bikes including Ultra's. They just look so much better.
Guys ask, why not just buy a SG and put a TP on it. I did the math and its about the same either way give or take a few bucks and there are some things I loved about the Ultra, Heated grips and Seat, Navigation, Passenger Floorboards, Rear speaker pods and lighting system on OEM Tour pack to name a few. besides I don't like the plain look of the tour pak without all the stuff the Ultra comes with ( Charger, Liner, LED Lights for saddlebags ). So in the end I have the best of both worlds in about 15 minutes time.

i wish Buddy. Im all tied up with work and 7-7 tournaments. My sons team is competing in the Nike 7-7 finals next week in Tampa and if they win that on to oregon for the Nationals. Unfortunately I wont be riding until Sturgis. Sell some more stuff and come out to Sturgis.

I used two sided tape.

Little Sturgis this year, Big Sturgis next year.

I did the job in 3 hours, still need to do the electrical, just got my connector. Will handle that next week. I put the amp in the right saddle bag and notched the saddle back as others have done. I LOVE MY 2013 SEUC. What a bike
