I don't want to get started on this one,  but why the hell do I have to press 1 for English anyway?????  This is freakin America.  My Grandfather came over on the pickle boats many years ago,  and the second he stepped off the boat,  he could speak English (.....in his home they spoke Polish), but he took the time to learn the basics before he got here.  He applied for his green card,  went through the process and became an American.  He and my grandmother produced 3 sons that have faught in wars to protect our country,  pay taxes, and who have made substantial contributions to our country and military.  The process is not difficult if your not a drug dealer or terrorist.
I don't want to have to press 1 any freakin more..... [smiley=soapbox.gif]
