I rolled them as far forward as they would go without touching the fairing. My arms are very close to level, if anything my hands may be an inch or two lower than my shoulders.
Wow that sounds perfect I am 5'6" too. I put sweepers on gonna run with them all season if I don't like em the Yaffes are on my list of maybes

Before I decided on these bars, I read on several different forums that with 10" bars the fairing mounted mirrors are useless but with 12" bars the fairing mounted mirrors were fine.  Just sitting on the bike in the garage, it appears that I only have partial visibility.  I'm going to put some miles on them before I decide.

Took a 100 mile ride yesterday.  It was a little cold and windy, but not too bad, I really wanted to try out these new bars.  The bars feel great, perfect height and I like the wrist angle better than the 575's.  The only drawback is I'm going to need handle bar mounted mirrors.  It looks to me that if the bars are shoved as far forward as possible, then the fairing mounted mirrors would work fine.  I have mine slightly tilted back for the Zumo and that's where they feel the best.  I can only see out of about 1/8th of the mirror.  I want to go with some very low profile mirrors and I'm looking for suggestions and opinions.  Maybe Yaffee, I saw some Arlen Ness mirrors in selling that looked like they would be hard to see with.  Your thoughts are appreciated.

DO an e-bay search brother. There are some really cool handle bar mirrors out there. Look in my garage at my Green Street Glide with Yaffe's. I got those mirrors for 40.00 at BK Rider .com Yaffe wants 100.00 and they come in chrome and match the angle of the Yaffe bars perfect.
