Love my Casper, always glad to be around 38 MPG on a trip.

Maybe my milage is pretty typical. It always seems I always have the bike with the lowest mileage.

My mileage increased with a Woods 222 cam.

Just returned from my Vegas trip. 3300 miles  :bananarock: I had Bar Enterprises put in memory foam when I got to Bikefest. My butt was so sore. I definitly need to install new bars. I'm leaning towards Wild 1 575. Other then that the bike ran flawlessly. Best milage was 47 coming off the mountains and the worst was 36 in a head wind. It was a cold trip and we didn't see a drop of rain!

Have 1100 miles so far the trip. I am enjoying this bike except I am getting 38mpg. I was hoping for at least 5 more.
Only way you will get 38mpg or better is to never really get the thrills that our bikes are all about IMHO. Your bike is a toy not basic transportation, I say stop driving yourself crazy and go out and work your right wrist. The difference between 38 and 33 mpg will not cost you much money (if it was all about money you would not have bought that bike anyway!) but will definitely get your adrenaline going...

That is one of my favorite color combinations!

I'm always in the lower 30s, sometimes in the 20s when I'm gettin' on with the program...

i have a ultra with a sidecar

i NEVER get over 30

if i set the cruise control on 80 and my wife is in the car - i get 20

on the other hand its soooo smooothe. a hd with a stock sidecar set up right with a raked tree is just so nice hauling a** on the freeway.

of course - 90% of the time its in 5th gear - 07's are geared too tall for solo - WAY too tall for sidecar work.

I have Hogtunes 8 speaker system installed and the 575 bars are coming. I think this is a keeper. Gong to sell my Roadie.
