And what general engine building knowledge do you base this on ?

30 years of Harley only engine building ?

With this vast knowledge you have of head porting, what loss of cfm is there with a .010 port mismatch ?

Ever notice late model stock heads with just a cam change pick up good power.   if you were too look at the bottom entrance  of the intake port you will find that there is a flat section there that acts as a restriction more so than a port mismatch, and usually on all the late model stock production heads the intake port opening at the top is usually above the intake manifold ID.

unless its REAL bad,a slightly mis-matched port wont be a total power killer, but a nice, matched manf/port cant be beat
