Whistler Cruisader Motorcycle Radar Detector
« on: November 06, 2012, 01:22:06 PM »

I saw this detector at the dealer last weekend and thought it too cool not to share.  $399 retail.  $155 online.  Whistler has an excellent reputation in the automotive field.  I don't know about this product. Anybody?  You can see the detector in the lower left and gauge.

Have used them for many years, the light is the only concern have to get used to it vs the sounds.   I prefer sound with the radar detector.

Your picture inspired me.

I thought the dash mount radar detector would work well on my 2010 CVO Ultra. I have installed the detector, it even has an air temp reading to replace the guage I removed. I have mounted the main radar /lazer detector under the triple tree. There is another lazer only detector that shoots out backwards, it is under my removable tour pack. There is an optional speaker system alert with it if I find it necessary.
