I took the steel toe tour in October of this past year. It was pretty good. I had never been in any manufacturing facility of this magnitude. It was interesting to see how things move through the process as well as how each step was performed. You get a free caution vest and some other pin type trinkets. I personally have wasted much more money on much less so the thirty bucks wasn't a big deal. Don't be afraid to ask questions. The people that do these tours are very knowledgeable and can give you some good information about every step in the process. I could have stayed at each actual assembly station for an hour and analyzed how each part was installed. It was cool to see bikes just moving around on their own through the plant from area to area. The tour is worth doing IMHO, but I am a simple kind of guy that really gets into how things are constructed and what makes them tick.
