I'm bidding on a bike in York PA and the owner isn't or can't respond and I don't want to get hosed with losung the $500 PayPal deposit if I win.  I've asked for the VIN and haven't received any answers.  Last week I saw my 07 SERK for sale on ebay with all my info including my pics.  I contacted the seller and he assured me he was the original owner, that's when I knew he was full of it.  I played along and bid it up and asked for a VIN. Thats when my bid got rejected and the next highest ($14,000) got it.  I contacted ebay multiple times and never received any response.  I'm not saying this one is phony but I would go more and don't want to loose it but I have to be sure.
