Exhaust Advice wanted
« on: April 18, 2013, 01:55:35 AM »

Currently running a 2011 CVO 110" with the SE Pro Performance upgrade kit in my '06 FXDLI.
With a Thunderheader & 50mm Intake it's been dyno'd at 113RWHP & 114 PDs/Torque.

The motor's being stripped this weekend as I'm unhappy with the lowdown performance of this setup.
I know a lot has to do with the TH but I got it cheap.

The engine is now going to get:

Heads Ported & Polished. (Apparently even SE heads still get powdercoated on the inside).
Woods TW 408-6 Cams.
Woods Lifters
S&S Heavy Duty High Lift Springs.
S&S Roller Rockers.
SE Adjustable Pushrods.

I was going to get a V&H Pro Pipe but after reading a few posts want to know if a Boarzilla or Fatcats system would be better.
Any thoughts from people with similar setups??

Thanks

The Fat Cat would be the best option, The Boarzilla is for bigger motors,

X2 on the Fat Kat!!!! Got it on both of SE touring bikes. They make a lot of power but they are a little louder than most.

Does anyone know the best place to get D&D Pipes and who will do International shipping to Auckland, New Zealand?
