fullsac 1.75"

Is there a problem with me installing the 1.75" baffles in a CVO Breakout without reprogramming the ECU?

I recently went with 2 inch cores on my road glide with no problems. Once you change head pipes or anything else it is time to start looking for a tuner.

Unless Steve is making you some custom baffles, they will not fit.
His baffles only fit the touring bikes and will not fit the Breakout.

Alice told me to send them Fullsac and they will install them for the CVO Breakout.  So maybe they will be custom.

I ordered Full SAC 2 " Cores a while back for my CVObreakout, When they where just be put in the Mail to me I asked the people at Full Sac if they
had a fuel map for the CVOBreakout with the baffles.
Then Alice told me that The baffles wont fit a CVObreakout and they tried to get the shipment back from the USPS ,what was not possible anymore.
I tried to install the cores when they arrived, but the construction of the CVO Breakout mufflers is such that there is no way that the cores can fit.
So I decided to buy a V&H 2-1 big radius .
Now I have still a set of very expensive (selling price + 60 us$ shipping + 45% import duty :furious3: ) Full sac 2 " cores with screens floating around in my garage.

Well if Alice said to send your mufflers to them for install than your good! I bet it will sound real nice.
And to answer your question, I would get your bike tuned. You and the bike will be cooler if you do. IMO

Thanks for the comments.  Alice reassured me that they will install the baffles in the CVO Breakout.  They don't make a DIY kit.  I just happen to really like the long lean look to the stock pipes on the breakout.  I only want it slightly louder and for now I don't need anymore power..
