I like the breakout bikes, but don't have one.  On my third softail, just bought the deluxe.  I have never seen any oil leaking on any of my bikes.  There is something wrong.  I believe if one shock is leaking or leaking more than the other, the oil levels between the two shocks could be different, and causing suspension problems and possibly an unstable bike.  Just my two cents...
