Daymaker Headlamp Goes Out
« on: July 23, 2013, 10:16:32 PM »

Made a evening run on the bikes today and while on the way home my daymaker went out on my streetglide.  The wife past me so I put light on dim and I was going to put it back on bright and it was out.  When on dim the top lamp is on and when I put it on bright the top goes out and the bottom part comes on.  Was wondering if anyone else has had problems with the lamp.  Thinking about putting one on the wife's bike but if they are having problems I don't want to spend that much and it go out when it's out of warranty.  Mine is still in warranty or it better be or I will be a sick dog :drink:

How long has it been installed on your bike?   :nixweiss:

I had a similar problem with mine, except it stopped working all together. Once I got home, I dropped the light and found it had come unplugged, so I zip-tied the connection together. ;D

Check the connection where its plugged in my friend had the same problem and it was a lose connection at the plug.
