I just bought a 2013 RK CVO yesterday. My dealer is 2 hours away. The bike is new a there is no movement in the rear suspension. I have adjusted the ride height knob up and down to no avail. It's like riding a hard tail... Any ideas?

Silly question but have considered having 2 people sit on it to see what happens?

I wonder if something is just slightly bound up

May be I'm wrong... but isn't there a security 'thing' that should have been removed when setting this brand new bike.
I think I've read something one time.

Yes,

86 the rears, sell them to recoup some money & install a set of Progressive 444's that's what my solution was on my SESG Never looked back!
