Will it rub, or will it fit?
« on: August 10, 2013, 12:42:47 PM »

Just a quick question for ya all.  Can my 2010 SE Ultra take a 6.25 rear rim with a 200 rear tire? Will it rub, or will it fit?  Thanx.

I have a 17 x 6.25 with a 200/55R17 BLK 78V Avon Cobra and it doesn't rub. It is very close 16th of an inch, but it doesn't rub.

Ride it until the wheels fall off, then hang-on

On any bagger 2009 or newer a 17x6.25 rear wheel with a Metzeler ME880 200/50/17 will case no rubbing.  I sell wheels all day long.  If you go up to a 200/55/17 you need to double check clearance as I had one customer that had an issue with that size.  If you avhe questions please feel free to call us here at the shop at (818)886-6545.
