Well got it back 4 days ago, dealer replace voltage regulator and TSSM.  Put on 600 miles over the weekend with no problems.  Time will tell.

My wife has been having the same problem with the bike shutting off while under way.  The bike starts right back up, but it is becoming a pain in the --ss.  I had the 2003 Road King converted to a trike several months ago.  Lehman conversion...trike convertro took everything back apart and found nothing wrong.  
When the bike quits the speedometer does not work...lights stay on....we are dropping it off at a Harley Dealership today to find the probem...will post the FIX.
