We're going to stay in KC on our way to Sturgis...what is the BEST BBQ joint in town?  Looking for a locals opinion!

Good question....... ask 20 local Kansas Citians and you will probably get 15 different answers. For me it's probably Oklahoma Joe's, but Arthur Bryant's and Gate's are local staples for most people and both are really good. Also, if you happen to be staying anywhere near Merriam KS (suburb of KC) head to Woodyard BBQ. They supply a lot of the wood for the local BBQ joints and have their own BBQ which is darn good.  :2thumbsup:
