Fullsac stage 1 setup installed
« on: July 19, 2013, 08:34:17 PM »

I have my stage 1 installed and have a small minor issue that I am not sure if the delphi system will adjust for.

Riding during the 1st 10 miles after installing the system with Steves canned map, I noticed that at about 2800, I get an occasional pop when cruising.

Will the delphi system adjust for this the more I ride it, or di I need to make some adjustments.  I am truly hoping the delphi system will take care of it the more I ride, but looking for input from those who have been thru it already.

Thanks for your help.

Just give Steve a call, tell him what is going on. He will take care of it for you.

Call Steve, it shouldn't do that. If you installed yourself, check for exhaust leaks in the system, that will also cause a pop..

Check your 02 sensors for proper placement. The black sensor must be in the rear cylinder. Pretty common mistake that will cause steady speed
drivability issues.

Will try this fix Steve.  Thank you.  I am assuming that when you mean the black sensor, you are talking about the black plug under the side cover?  They were reversed.

Yes, black and grey under the right side cover. If your black 02 sensor was in the front cylinder, lower tube, you just fixed it!

Ride safe!
