No doubt Jim is very good at what he does. But New York is a long way from Southern California Unless jim does House calls. the poster location states he's in new york

bring it by the house with the kit and we can have it done in hour or two. I like Sam Adams Boston lager by the way or Dewars white label and Water will work as well.
