Breakout slip on mufflers

Hello, I have read now a lot about changing/replacing the exhous/mufflers on the CVO breakout so a lot of you guys have seen the slip on mufflers removed. My question is where is the Cat installed  in the original exhaust ? Is it inside the header pipe or is it in the muffler ?

Fortunately, all Softails, including the Breakout, have the Cat in the muffler.  Easy to kill the Cat!
