First guesses were sever zipper related accident, or hitch hiker who stood too close to the road with more than his thumb out when the truck went by......or a deli shop person who stood too close to the meat slicer!

But article said authorities ruled out an accident so maybe his last name was Bobbit and the surgeon who fixed him used a slip knot??? Or a case of blue balls that blew up???   :huepfenlol2:   :huepfenlol2:


I bet Ironhorse is right though and there will be an upset spouse or other loved one involved. OUCH!!!!

Something similar happened clos to here.  He was recently released from jail and was a child molester.  But he was also violated with a cucumber.   He knew he's attackers and they got probation.  Two women and one was related to one of the children. 

 If this would be the case in this instance I don't know but sure would not surprise me these days.

Sheriff's Office determined the man was suffering from mental health issues and severed his own genitals.
