Not stepping on toes but from what we see is a fair amount of cylinders and oil rings that will never be great at oil control. Here is a prime example this is a bad cast cylinder, same issue customer was back and forth with dealer, found cylinder to have oil cooked to walls and bad oil rings. Based on where you live state of tune its a very distinct possibility that the rings are not 100% seated

Another angle, you can see the slight gold color that is just oil baked into the cylinder this bike had less that 2300 miles. Dealer stated that 1 qt to 2500 was ok  ride the bike.
