It depends on how annoying getting stuck someplace would be. If I was pretty sure it was the gas, I'd drain it and put new in from another station and use the gas in my lawn tractor----that thing drinks anything.

If you went to the liquor store and bought an expensive bottle of wine, opened it, and found it severely tainted, would you just drink it anyway?  Would you buy another bottle of good wine and mix the two?

The first thing to do when this sort of thing happens is get back to that station and make your problem THEIR problem.  Document everything, insist they syphon out the bad gas and supply good stuff, and if any damage has been done insist they pay to fix it.  It could be as simple as water in the station's tank, but it also could be something even worse.  This sort of thing happened in my neck of the woods last year when the local BP refinery screwed up a huge batch of gasoline.  Thousands of vehicles required repairs, BP had to recall hundreds of thousands of gallons of gas from about four states, and they had to spend millions paying for repairs and consequential damage.
