Speakers cutting out

 I just installed my new Biketronics 6X9 speakers in my bag lids. Now my rear speakers are cutting out. I just changed the speakers and not the amp for now. I thought I might have a loose connection on the speaker but they are good. Does anyone have any Ideas?? I tried a search but on speakers cutting out but could not find any on this.
