they replaced the saddle bag cable and it still did it then the reflashed the radio i asked if the cable from radio to saddle bag they say no so now they want to send radio out

Hmmm.  From my experience, the cable is pretty sensitive.  A slight pinch or tug can cause a problem.  That's what caused mine: taking off the saddle bag had cause tension on the cable/plug that runs up under the seat and tank to the fairing.  Changed the cable and now it works great.

My bike is @ the dealer right now the I-pod was working but you can not track it up or down from the radio so I stop the bike took the I-pod out tyred reseating it now I-pod dose link up to the radio at all so I dropped it at the dealer on Sunday for them to look at it under warranty still waiting to here back from them, also told the them the front and rear tire need to be replaced due to cracking at the bead only 2900 Miles on this Bad boy.
